Alzheimer’s Australia Memory Walk & Jog

The Alzheimer’s Australia Memory Walk and Jog is just around the corner.

The walk began as a small community event in 2008 attracting just under 1000 participants and in 2013 the event reached over 5,000 participants.

The walk raises money and awareness for Alzheimer’s Australia and the proceeds go into care, research and support for sufferers of Alzheimer’s disease and their families.

At the moment there are walks in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, but if you’re willing to help start and set up one in your local area, contact Alzheimer’s Australia and see how you can help!
