“I am asking everyone out there if they have problems sleeping and what remedies or actions have helped them ? My husband has been a terrible sleeper for a few years now. He has been to a sleep clinic, has a C Pap machine and has asked his doctor for advice on this. Unfortunately, the only help from the doctor is a subscription for sleeping pills that make him feel terrible the next day and affect his performance at work. He also has restless leg syndrome and has a very disrupted sleep most nights.”
