What’s Jenny cooking? Healthy, vegan, chocolate mousse!

Jenny Lockhart has shared one of her awesome recipes with us today… It’s healthy, it’s clean and it looks totally delicious! Although cooking with these types of ingredients might appear scary, it’s a great way to be healthy and give some new flavours a try. Jenny tells us that the mix of avocado is also supposed to help with numerous ailments including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, rheumatoid arthritis and osteo arthritis.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • 2 tbs honey or maple syrup.

 

Method

  1. Blend well in a food processor then put in fridge until firm… Enjoy!
